Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order payment confirmation, and a full refund will be issued. Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty products. We cannot accept returns for incorrect orders. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order through our contact form, providing details of the issue. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
If the item is visibly damaged, please accept the delivery and contact us within 5 days of receiving the package. Please provide the following:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
